• Preference changes
• Ordering the wrong item or color

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
